Refund policy

At Molten, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused, and with all accompanying materials. Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Handmade Products
All Molten products are handcrafted from copper and brass. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the nature of handmade goods and do not constitute defects or grounds for return. Each piece is unique by nature.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@moltcraft.com before sending anything back. Our team will review your request and provide written return instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship any item back without first receiving written authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Molten cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@moltcraft.com within 48 hours with clear photographs of the issue. We will resolve all legitimate damage claims promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: custom or personalized orders, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, and items not in their original condition or missing original packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the correct item.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined above. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement depending on your financial institution's processing time.
