Processing Time
All Molten products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times. Total delivery time from order placement is therefore 10–17 business days.

Free Worldwide Shipping
Molten offers free shipping on all orders to all destinations worldwide. No minimum order value required.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries worldwide from our workshop in Morocco.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Molten has no control over customs delays or additional charges applied at the point of entry.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@moltcraft.com and we will investigate immediately.
